IS A DOCTOR'S REFERRAL NECESSARY?

 You do not need a referral from your family doctor to see a manual Osteopath. However, communication with your doctor is recommended when starting a treatment program. Please note, some insurance companies may require you to have a doctor’s referral for osteopathic treatment to be covered. Check your individual health insurance policy for details.
